Happy New Year, Johnson! It is bitterly cold here. Coats on the horses. I'd probably put a coat on the cat, too, if I could catch him! Hope all is well. ~ kate
Thanks, Kate. The weather her is the opposite to yours - so mild for the time of year that we've actually taken one of the coats off the horses. Sunshine too, today - birds singing, felt like early March not January. I'm sure we'll all suffer for it soon!
JOHN SHORTLAND, Cotswold Hills, England.
John the Writer: It is as natural for me to write as it is for me to eat - and I eat a lot.
John the Gardener: It's in my blood - the family discussed plants as others do football. Now I earn my living by it. Lucky chap!
John the Countryman: Living in a secret valley of winding streams, fields and woods, deer and badgers. Oh, and dogs and horses.
John the Explorer: that description is a tad exaggerated - but I've had my moments. It's all in the blog...
Happy New Year to you, Johnson! May you enjoy good health and grow beautiful gardens in 2013.
ReplyDeleteMany thanks, Granny - and the same to you!
